2. Business Etiquettes to be imbibed to remain as a true professional

(Duration: 60 minutes)

  • Define What Business Etiquette is?
  • Team Brainstorming - Participants to discuss and agree on common Business etiquettes that will project you as a true professional
  • The rule of “10” demonstrating visible / observable Business etiquettes

3. Business Etiquette - Grooming

  • Grooming Etiquettes - What & why of Grooming Etiquettes?
  • Impact of Grooming in improving Self - Image.

4. Business Etiquette – Introductions & Handshakes

(Duration: 60 minutes)

  • Rules & Basics of Introductions. Understand the step-by-step process of Introduction during different situations.
  • Understanding the “Handshake” Protocols during Introduction

5. Business Etiquette - Conversation etiquettes

(Duration: 60 minutes)

  • Conversation Etiquettes - Do's & Don'ts while engaging in Conversation (One on One & One to Many).
  • Learning ready-made sentences to foster Business etiquette while communicating.

6. Merrill & Reid Interpersonal Communication Styles in enhancing Business etiquettes.

  • Understanding the model that people adapt while dealing with others as well as clients for better Business Etiquettes.
  • With the help of a questionnaire, participants identify their dominant Interpersonal Communication Style and redesign their styles to suit Business etiquette needs.

7. Telephone etiquette that drives Business etiquette & Business / corporate Ethics, the foundations of Business etiquettes.

8. International Business etiquettes

  • Getting an awareness of Business etiquette of our client countries such as US, UK, China, Japan etc It includes everything from punctuality and the firmness of a handshake to your body language etc

9. Dining etiquettes

(Duration: 30 minutes)

  • Answering a quiz on identifying utensils used during dining.
  • Dos & Don’ts of Dining etiquettes.

10. Being a Lifelong Learner
