At the end of the entire course, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate their activities and identify the 20% that will yield 80% of the desired results, enabling them to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Gain a clear understanding of the key results expected of them in their roles, ensuring they are aligned with organizational objectives and can articulate these key results.

3. Focusing on Key Results

  • 80:20 Rules or Pareto Principle of Time Management
    • Simply put, the 80/20 rule states that the relationship between input and output is rarely, if ever, balanced. When applied to work, it means that approximately 20 per cent of your efforts produce 80 per cent of the results. Learning to recognize and then focus on that 20 per cent is the key to making the most effective use of your time.
  • Job Analysis
