Course Overview

This program will help participants experience and sustain inner centeredness and composure. Participants will be exposed to simple and effective techniques of Heartfulness relaxation, meditation, rejuvenation and connecting to our higher self.

There is a growing body of scientific research that confirms the efficacy of meditation in reducing stress, increasing focus, improving emotional regulation, enhancing self-awareness and raising quality of sleep.

Organizations are increasingly focusing on the need for individual health and well-being.
