1. Why habits matter

(Duration: 30 minutes)

This session uncovers how Habits make our lives efficient, improves our productivity, and helps conserve mental energy by removing decision making.

2. Why knowledge alone doesn't lead to behaviour change

(Duration: 30 minutes)

This session discusses about the Information-Action Fallacy or the Know-Do Gap and the reason why Tiny Habits Method is helpful to develop new behaviours

3. The 3 components that cause any behaviour

(Duration: 30 minutes)

Fogg Behaviour Model is covered in this session which elucidates that any behaviour happens when Motivation, Ability, and Promptness come together at the same time

4. How to use the Fogg Behaviour Model for behaviour change?

(Duration: 30 minutes)

This session will cover how any behaviour or habit can be designed using Fogg Behaviour Model

5. What is the Tiny Habits Method?

(Duration: 30 minutes)

The 3 ingredients of habit formation will be covered in this session (Anchor moment, Tiny Behaviour, and Celebration) that help to create any desired behaviour which eventually turn to habits

6. How to create any habit (personal or professional) using Tiny Habits Recipes?

(Duration: 30 minutes)

Application of Tiny Habits Recipes

7. One Tiny Habits Recipe creation for each of the participants

(Duration: 30 minutes)

Each participant to identify one personal and one professional (work-related) Tiny Habits. This will be fine-tuned by the facilitator.
