Fogg Behaviour Model is covered in this session which elucidates that any behaviour happens when Motivation, Ability, and Promptness come together at the same time(Duration: 30 minutes)
This session will cover how any behaviour or habit can be designed using Fogg Behaviour Model(Duration: 30 minutes)
The 3 ingredients of habit formation will be covered in this session (Anchor moment, Tiny Behaviour, and Celebration) that help to create any desired behaviour which eventually turn to habits(Duration: 30 minutes)
Application of Tiny Habits Recipes(Duration: 30 minutes)
Each participant to identify one personal and one professional (work-related) Tiny Habits. This will be fine-tuned by the facilitator.
