  • Defining effective communication and its role in leadership
  • Clarity in communication with the team on setting expectations, encouraging open dialogue and open feedback
  • Listening to clients / stakeholders to collaborate better and understand their stated and unstated needs / goals / expectations

2. Fostering a Positive and Collaborative Team Environment

(Duration: 120 minutes)

  • Building a high performing team with trust, rapport, and psychological safety among team members
  • Encouraging open communication and idea sharing for enhanced synergy among team members
  • Creating an environment of recognition by celebrating small victories

3. Navigating Difficult Conversations Constructively

(Duration: 60 minutes)

  • Recognizing the signs of difficult conversations with team members and their potential impact
  • Employing active listening, empathy, and Assertive techniques with team members and clients
  • Focusing on issues rather than personalities, seeking common ground, and finding resolutions

4. Resolving Conflicts Constructively

(Duration: 60 minutes)

  • Recognizing the sources of conflict and their potential impact on team dynamics
  • Employing conflict resolution strategies that focus on mutual understanding and consensus with team members and clients
  • Acknowledging concerns, maintaining professionalism, ,transparency about actions taken to address conflict
