Learning Objectives

The program is based on a framework – CRAFT – Clarity / Resilience / Agility / Fearlessness / Trust and Teamwork. At the end of the entire course, participants will be able to:

Course Coverage using three frameworks

1. Craft Framework; Cosmic Framework; Trust Framework

(CLARITY: 40 minutes)

From Sack Race to Salary Race. Learning cycle and transition

  • About Goals, timelines, schedules, deliverables and reporting.
  • Teamwork – Understand who is doing what as part of your team
  • Understand what your manager is seeking from you.
  • Keep in mind – Projects scope – functional and non-functional, schedules, Meetings, Calls, reports to be sent.
  • Follow-up – Take the lead

2. Resilience

(Duration: 50 minutes)

  • Ability to withstand challenges, changes and bounce back from difficult situations.
  • Using COSMIC Framework – Confidence, Optimism, Stamina, Mastery, Innovation, Curiosity ((Design Thinking).
  • Persistent pursuit of project objectives
  • Often youngsters want only strategic jobs. Build from what you get. It is possible to reach any level from where you start

3. Agility – Technical, Business and Behavioural

(Duration: 50 minutes)

  • Ability to work swiftly, seamlessly, and cohesively to generate increased productivity and engagement levels.
  • Not give up when faced with failure.
  • Work to your Core Competencies.
  • Compete against the situation and not against the rival.
  • Pooling resources and working in teams will always beat individual performance.

4. Fearlessness

(Duration: 40 minutes)

  • Ask questions and doubts upfront. There is no wrong question
  • Whatever you take up, do it well and full.
  • Accept challenges, that help you grow.
  • Volunteer to take up problems and help resolve
  • Don't worry about failures and speak to your managers and superiors about your fears and challenges

5. Trust and Teamwork (Framework)
