- Learn the elements of 3 Laws of design thinking contextual to your role expectations (For example, how does one identify what will last - 2% effort that you should put in for a 200% experience for the customer in what you are developing).
- Learn to identify patterns and anti-patterns which will lead you to identifying defects early in the cycle.
- Understand how you can identify patterns of unstated requirements that can lead to unwanted delays.
