Foster a Love for Learning

"The outbound training activity at Intellect, gave us an immersive learning experience and brought out a variety of learning outcomes. My huge learning is that we must work to find a solution individually and also, as a team, and must communicate, collaborate and learn from one another in order to be successful. I have a fear of heights, yet as the event proceeded, I was able to drive myself to overcome that fear. In my team, we are very new to each other and we got to know more about one another. I strongly believe that the learning begins with an experience followed by a discussion and analysis leading to an evaluation of the entire experience. We are very sure that we’d be able to apply our learnings at our workplace."

It's rightly said "What is now proved was once only imagined" . This came as a holistic experience after having taken the 8012 FinTech Design Center tour organized by @SchoolofDesignThinking at Intellect Chennai Nxt Lvl Campus.

From the influential Rupee presence on the world map to the innovative simple solution to the complex problems, the experience unraveled the hidden and most useful aspects of a problem. Drawing inspiration from nature had simplified the understanding of the solution approach as it was quite relevant. The concepts of COPARIS, DECAF and many more are helpful to resolve the underlying problems which at times go unnoticed. The whole experience boils down to one significant aspect , that is to think about boundaries less with varied perspectives.
